Our NHS Remote Access Plus is an add-on for our NHS Remote Access. This add-on allows remote printing; for example to print to the printer at home or the nursing home instead of work. It also gives you the ability to copy files and listen to sound.

Customer Journey

Simply complete our trial form online, which takes less than two minutes. We will dispatch your security token as soon as we can. Your token will be delivered within two working days.

Our software will be installed on your work machine during a pre-arranged remote appointment. This can be completed by your Practice Manager or IT Manager if that’s more convenient for you.

Spend your time testing out new ways of using your new remote access connection to see how much easier can make your life. Try your newfound freedom to go for a nice dinner perhaps!

You will be sent a quotation to take a subscription, just click accept and you subscription will continue for a year without any interruption. If is not for you, just let us know. All we ask is that you return your token by a secure method.

How our Security Works

We use secure tokens powered by Yubico to ensure multifactor identification, have UK only routing of services to ensure your data is secure, within the confines of a specified area, and an NHS compliant audit trail logging. All of this adds to the best of breed security features already found in the LogMeIn Basic and Pro products allowing you to access your NHS machine from anywhere with internet access, securely and compliantly!
 

Everything we design is with security in mind to ensure that you can access your work machine remotely as securely as if you were sat in front of it at the surgery. Our products have been assessed by a number of NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG’s) and Commissioning Support Units (CSU’s) to ensure that it is suitable for use, in some areas the CCG or CSU purchase directly to supply to the surgeries in their area.

We have been working with customers within the NHS for over 16 years, helping them to access their work machines from remote locations, initially working with NHS partners such as BT N3 and Cable and Wireless and latterly through our own solution.
