My Apps Or Documents Won’t Open 

If when you are working through Away From My Desk, certain apps or documents won’t open, it is usually because you have two screens at your work PC and these apps or documents are opening, but on your other screen. 

Switching between two screens

If you have two screens, you will be able to switch to the other screen. When you are in the remote session, simply click the monitor icon on the customise toolbar (shown below). This will switch you over to the other monitor.

Once you are on the second screen, try opening the app/document again and it should open on that screen. 

If this doesn’t work, we would recommend restarting the work computer and trying again.
