I am having issues with typing or clicking in the remote session

I am unable to Type or Click in the Remote Session

If you are in the remote session and you are either unable to type or click, then you should be able to easily resolve this by closing the remote session and starting again. 

If this does not resolve the problem, the next step would be to restart the work PC.  

Either of the above steps will more than likely resolve this issue.

When I Am Typing, Random Letters And Numbers Are Appearing

If you are in the remote session and random letters/numbers are entered when you are typing, then you should be able to easily resolve this by closing the remote session and starting again. 

If this does not resolve the problem, the next step would be to restart the work PC.  

Either of the above steps will more than likely resolve this issue.
