I Am Having Issues With My Away From My Desk Login

NOTE: We are not able to provide user details over the phone for security reasons. If you require a reminder of your details, please let us know and we will email this to you.

Username, Password, Unique Secret

If you have issues at the first stage of the login, where you are asked to enter your Away From My Desk username, password and unique secret, please ensure you are entering your login details exactly as they are in the email sent to you. These details are case sensitive. 

Memorable word

If you are having trouble with your memorable word, again please ensure you are inserting the correct letters of your memorable word. This is different every time and so please check which letter the system is requesting. If you are sure that you are entering the correct details, you may need to clear the Cookies and Cache in your browser. Please see our guide on how to do this here.
